Chris, who is battling stage four colon cancer, wanted to make special memories in the mountains with his family. The day after Thanksgiving Chris headed to Boone along with his wife Kristy, their two children, and his mother-in-law. They enjoyed relaxation, bonding, and a visit to Tweetsie Railroad for their special Christmas event.

 

Kristy said, “We had such an amazing trip! The mountains were so beautiful. Chris hasn’t smiled so much in a while.”
